| Description | Seeking a contractor to furnish all labor equipment, supervision, and material.to remove existing damaged and delineated concrete in A-Wing courtyard of the Rockland County Correctional Center. Carry out all subsurface preparation and repair. Remove a total of 140 SF of delineated concrete at courtyard located at ramps, stairs and concrete slab. At demoed concrete areas with visible corroded rebar, apply Duralprep AC bonding agent with anticorrosion inhibitor prior to pouring new concrete. At stair risers and vertical locations, provide new concrete forms and patch using EucoRepair V100 single-component concrete mortar. At horizontal repairs within the courtyard, patch concrete using Veraspeed LS100 rapid hardening repair mortar. |
