| Description | The location of the proposed work is 2610 Concord Road, Beaumont, Texas. The Contractor shall confine his use of the site to the portion indicated on the plan except as required by the Contract Documents to do work outside of that area. The scope of the work shall consist of, but not be limited to the following: 1. Remove existing windows from window openings and properly discard. 2. Install new windows as specified. 3. Install interior window trim, sills and stools where needed. Stain to match existing millwork. |
