| Description | The National Park Service (NPS), Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The contractor shall provide all base course stone and asphalt materials required to construct paved trail. The contractor shall also provide all equipment required to place and compact the base course stone and asphalt materials in accordance with the Tennessee Department of Transportation Specifications. Location of project: John Oliver Cabin is located on the inbound leg of the Cades Cove Loop Road, at the junction with Sparks Lane Cades Cove is located in the westerly portion of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and is accessed from the Park entrance located just outside of Townsend, Tennessee. |
