2022 EMS Building

The project includes the following: Contractor is required to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies and labor, and to construct the Project in accordance with the drawings, General Provisions scope of work, specifications and contract documents. Project must meet all building codes as stated in the plans. The construction site is located at the Cass County Fairgrounds 8400 144th street Weeping water, NE. 68463 west of extension office as shown in the engineered drawings. All bids shall be made on the printed proposal forms issued by the Owner and accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than 5% of the total bid, payable to the Cass County Treasurer. All proposals shall remain in effect for a period of 30 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of proposals. The Cass County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
