Installation of an Irrigation System at the Monmouth County Child Advocacy Center

The specification is for a new automatic irrigation system to be installed at the Monmouth County CHILD ADVOCACY CENTER at 500 Kozloski Road, Freehold NJ, 07728. The work in this specification includes the furnishing of a complete irrigation design, providing all permits, materials required and incidental to, furnishing all labor, supplies, equipment, tools, and transportation, and perform all operations in connection with and incidental to the complete installation of the irrigation system. Provide a guarantee of workmanship and warranty of materials of 1 year, for a complete installation of the irrigation system as depicted on the irrigation areas plan, areas include: 1. Area 1: 2,500 SF +/- of drip line irrigation in this area includes irrigation for Front Shrub and Plant Area adjacent to the newly installed patio area. 2. Area 2: 14,000 SF +/- of rotary and spray irrigation in this area includes Lawn Areas on the southern (front), western (side and rear) areas, 3. Area 3: 55,000 SF +/-, of rotary and spray irrigation in this area includes Lawn Areas on the southern (eastern front and side), and northern (rear) areas. Substantial Completion of the Contract shall be achieved not later than 90 calendar days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES : $300
