Seedhouse Stabilization and Mothballing Project in Dracut, MA, at Beaver Brook Farm, 761 Mammoth Rd., Dracut, MA. The scope of work includes: hazardous materials abatement, temporary structure bracing as required to safely complete the work, selective demolition and salvage of some materials, isolated sections of reframing, new siding and trim to match, installation of a wood louver for ventilation, and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. All bids shall include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the amount of the bid.
