Softball Press Box/Concession Stand

Construction of a combination Press Box and Concession Stand for a High School Softball Field. The Academy for Classical Education isa public charter school authorized by State CharterSchoolsCommissionof Georgia. ACEis in its ninth year of operation and has an enrollment of 1,820 students in grades K-12. ACE is located at 5665 New Forsyth Road, Macon, Georgia, 31210. The Governing Board of Directors for the Academy for Classical Education (ACE) seeks responses to this Request for Proposal ("REP") for the construction of a Concession Stand and Scoring Box for the Baseball field. No legal obligation will exist between the Board and the Respondent(s) to this RFP until a written contract has been negotiated and fully executed between the Board and the successful Respondent. The board reserves the right to reject any or all responses made during the course of discussions and negotiations concerning a proposed contract, to discontinue its efforts to seek a Construction Firm, or to pursue another compliant process to acquire such services.
