| Description | 1.1 Work shall include but not be limited to: a. furnishing and installation of protect-all flooring, and carpet, base molding as requested b. where applicable, removal and disposal of the existing carpet, VCT tile and base molding. c. Machine clean concrete d. warranty the installation for a period of not less than two years from date of acceptance. 1.2 Rooms to be tiled or carpeted are as designated on the enclosed floor plans which are included in this package. The pattern will be full tiles with minimal cuts. Please quote accordingly. Areas marked with yellow and green are to have the carpeting, base and/or tile removed. Install specified tile and base. Install specified tile and base in the original configuration. |
