FCI Fairton Install Backup Generator

Construction Acquisition for the supply and installation of a new Natural Gas feed, 480v, 3 phase, 150KW Standby Generator set to include all automated local equipment and field and transfer controls associated for full operation at FCI Fairton. All work will be performed at Fairton Federal Correction Institution, located 4 miles east of Fairton, New Jersey, on Highway 698. The work will involve the installation of a new Natural Gas feed, 480v, 3 phase, 150KW Standby Generator set in the Training Center area to include all automated local equipment, field wiring, underground rigid conduit and exterior transfer controls associated for full operation at FCI Fairton. The contractor shall provide the labor, equipment and materials required to carry out the full installation and certification testing as outlined in this SOW. Bureau of Prisons staff will escort. The contractor shall confirm on-site testing and final certification in writing. All personnel working in the vicinity shall wear and /or use appropriate safety protection while work is performed. Any questions or injuries shall be brought to the attention of the BOP COR and Occupation Safety and Health Officer (OSHO). Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) shall be provided by the contractor for all HAZMAT materials. Copies will be provided to the COR for approval.
