RFP Design - Contracted Services - Design and Construction Plans to Either Remodel the Existing Facilities

Request for proposal's City of Lamar contracted services. Bid to prepare cost estimates, conceptual designs, architectural Plans, engineering and all phases of a turnkey job for the Design and construction plans to either remodel the existing Facilities with necessary additions or a standalone new building To meet the needs of the City's police and fire departments. The existing building is located at 102 East Parmenter St, Lamar, Colorado All bidders must obtain a Business/Sales Tax License with the City of Lamar BEFORE bidding. All bids must be signed and enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the Bidder's Business name, Contact name, Address, Phone Number, bid number and item. Only sealed bids will be accepted. Any bids received after the time and date specified will not be considered. Any bids received by a vendor that does not have a current Business/Sales Tax License with the City of Lamar will not be considered. All bid openings will be open to the public and interested parties. The City of Lamar reserves the right to reject all bids, parts of a bid, or all bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services included in the proposed contract, to make minor alterations to the specifications, and to accept the proposal, or portion thereof, that is in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
