Stream Restoration of Little Lotts Tributory at East Grady Street - STM-46 - City of Statesboro

The unnamed tributary flowing through the city dog park along Blind Willie McTell Trail just south of E. Grady Street exhibits significant aggradation of sediment within the stream channel and erosion along the stream bank. The city plans to apply for a 319(h) grant from EPD to assist in the cost of the project. This project will also incorporate aesthetic components to help revitalize the area along the walking trail. Project is included City of Statesboro FY 2023 - 2028 Budget CIP. As of November 2, 2022, a design team has not been identified and a construction timeline has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change. The content management team will continue to pursue additional details as they become available.
