Description

The proposed work consists of milling of existing surfaces, and applying a bituminous overlay. No less than the prevailing rate of wages, as determined in accordance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, shall be paid to all laborers, operators, teamsters, masons, plumbers, and any workmen employed in construction on this project. Laverna Evans Parking Lot: this work consists of 1.5" bituminous surface removal, SS1-VH or NTEA tack coat and 1.5" N70 C Surface Course in driving lanes (2,500 SY).
