The general location of the proposed work for the project is on the east side of Dr. MLK Jr. Street North, between 4th and 5th Avenues North, St. Petersburg, Florida, under the Interstate 375 overpass. The essential portions of the proposed work for the project are summarized as follows, construction of new asphalt parking lot, construction of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and driveways, installation of new and replacement of existing under deck mount lighting fixtures, and signing and pavement marking.
