| Description | The Village of Oriskany Falls, 185 North Main Street, Oriskany Falls, New York. The Village Board reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid. Bids must be made in writing on the forms provided. The Village of Oriskany Falls follows the Prevailing Wage Schedule for Article 9 Public Work Projects. The Village is tax exempt (NYS Tax Law, Article 28, Part III); therefore bidders shall not include in their bid any sales and compensating use taxes on cost of materials, which will be incorporated in the work. The Village reserves the right to consider bids for forty-five (45) days after receipt before awarding any contract.
