2022 Citywide ADA Ramp and Concrete Repair Phase 4

Project Category Code: Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, ADA Curb Ramps, Traffic Control, Concrete Repair , Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: Removal and replacement of deficient concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalk panels, valley gutters, concrete streets, and alley pavement. Also includes asphalt pavement and landscaping/irrigation restoration. Deadline to Submit Questions: August 31, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., local time. PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1F(3) Concrete Sidewalk, Curb, Gutter and ADA Ramps at or above the $3,000,000 monetary level. Est. Value: Between $2,250,000 and $2,750,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The bid guarantee shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid unless otherwise specified in the Notice of Invitation for Bids and on the form appearing in the Contract Documents in the Bid Form and Submittal Package. Failure to submit a properly executed bid guarantee, on the form provided herein may, in the City's sole discretion, constitute cause for rejection. The Contractor agrees to undertake the performance of the Work under this Contract within ten (10) days after being notified to commence work by issuance of a Notice to Proceed in substantially the form contained herein from the Manager and agrees to fully complete said Work within 200 (Two Hundred) consecutive calendar days from the effective date of said Notice, plus such extension or extensions of time as may be granted in accordance with the provisions of the General Contract Conditions and any applicable Special Contract Conditions.
