Town Of Halfmoon Justice Building Pool Concrete

sealed proposals are sought and requested to furnish and install flowable fill backfill to approximately 5" below finish grade, installing wire mesh, pouring approximately a 5" thick concrete slab to cap the pool, sawcut control joints, and calk expansion joints in the courtyard pool of the Justice Building located at 1 Halfmoon Town Plaza, Halfmoon NY 12065.Proposals shall be submitted with detailed specifications of the items proposed to be furnished on the form provided. The contract for the above will be awarded by the Town Board to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases, where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Board may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Town E right to reject any or all bids or to accept any alternate proposal not significantly altering the bid specification. No bid received may be withdrawn by any bidder for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the bid opening.
