| Description | The work includes a complete heating, ventilation, and air conditioning install for an existing12,300 sf building. The proposed use of the building is a Head Start/ Early Head Start day care facility. The work performed under this Contract shall be coordinated with Work performed by the Owner and/or other Contractors. The work performed under this Contract shall be coordinated with Work performed by the Owner and/or other Contractors. The work shall include, but it not necessarily limited to, the installation of new mechanical units and distribution systems, including all ducting, diffusers, registers, grills, dampers, trim, accessories, and other components as required for a complete, code-compliant thermal comfort system. Work also includes commercial kitchen hood and toilet room ventilation. |
