| Description | Remove the existing built-up roof system, insulation and vaper barrier on both the upper and lower roofs at the Camp Building Annex and install a new single-ply thermoplastic PVC/KEE membrane system with associated perimeter sheet metal and penetration flashings. Work includes replacement of the upper and lower roof drains. Total roof area is approximately 5,450 square feet. For each day in excess of the above number of days, the Contractor shall pay to the Owner the sum of $250.00. |
