Description

Each bidder shall require a Certified check, bank draft or acceptance surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent of the bid. The finance Director reserves the right to reject all bids or parts of bids for any one or more supplies or contractual services include in the proposed contract, when the public interest will be served.
