Roofing Project

Project consists of: Removal, haul off and dispose of existing shingles - 3 tab. Including all dump fees, hauling, disposal, and labor and permit fees to remove composition shingles and felt. Install new Roofing felt - 15 lb minimum. Install new architectural Style - 30 yr. minimum, composition shingle (Weathered Wood color) GAF Timberline HD or similar. Remove and replace with new all continuous ridge vent, shingle-over style. Remove and replace existing fascia trim with new aluminum fascia (white). Remove and replace existing drip edge with new drip edge (White color). Remove and replace with new all roof vents (brown color) and pipe boots. Remove and replace rain diverter with new over each entry door and at HV AC units where necessary. Project includes 27 single story residential buildings and (1) single story Administrative office building and ( 1) single story warehouse building.
