| Description | To provide Septic Tank, Grease Trap, Lift Station & Sewage Hauling Services. The terms of this agreement shall be effective for one (1) year from the date of award. The agreement may be extended by mutual agreement, for three (3) additional one (1) year periods with the option to negotiate pricing, terms and conditions. Brevard County will notify the Contractor in writing ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of the agreement as to its intent to renew the agreement. |
