The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete the remodel of the audiology space on the 5th floor B-wing of building 1 at the MuskogeeVA Medical Center, located at 1101 Honor Heights Dr. Muskogee, OK 74401. Project magnitude: between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220 - Small Business size standard is $39.5 M. The objective of this project is to remodel audiology space on 5 th floor B-wing of building 1 (refer to attached pdf drawing for reference). The entirety of space is approximately 922 sq. feet. Renovation area include room 5B35-1, 5B38-1, 5B39-1, 5B40-1, 5B41-1, 5B47-1, 5B49-1, 5B50-1, and 5B51-1. The remodeled space will require new luxury vinyl tile flooring, wall repair and paint, tile and wall demo and the addition of a new mop sink, and three wall hung sinks. During construction, remove all furniture and relocate to a secure storage area. All spaces shall be inspected for asbestos and lead paint prior to demolition work. Prices should include the abatement of lead paint and asbestos mastic beneath existing floor tile
