All Questions in relation to this solicitation must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Timothy.Verburgt@va.gov and received no later than December 7, 2022 at 10 A.M. Mountain Time (MT). A site visit will be held on December 5, 2022 at 11 AM (MT). Please meet in Building 18 conference room. Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors. All submitted proposals must be received in email by the closing date and time. This solicitation closes December 19, 2022 at 10 A.M. Mountain Time (MT). Proposals Shall be submitted via e-mail in accordance with Part I / Section B, to be considered for this project. Proposals received in any other format will result in the offeror's proposal not receiving further consideration. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 48 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership, and control enough to establish appropriate status. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The objective of this project is to remodel audiology space on 5 th floor B-wing of building 1 (refer to attached pdf drawing for reference). The entirety of space is approximately 922 sq. feet. Renovation area include room 5B35-1, 5B38-1, 5B39-1, 5B40-1, 5B41-1, 5B47-1, 5B49-1, 5B50-1, and 5B51-1. The remodeled space will require new luxury vinyl tile flooring, wall repair and paint, tile and wall demo and the addition of a new mop sink, and three wall hung sinks. During construction, remove all furniture and relocate to a secure storage area. All spaces shall be inspected for asbestos and lead paint prior to demolition work. Prices should include the abatement of lead paint and asbestos mastic beneath existing floor tile
