Fee for bidding online is $15.00 Ramsey Dam Rehabilitation, including site clearing, riprap installation, signage. Project includes Project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements. Dam Rehabilitation Project: oConduct a construction kickoff meeting with WSB and Hormel representatives present. oPut in place protective measures in accordance with the Project Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) oComply with the requirements of the SWPPP and the MnDNR permit at all times during the project. oStockpile rip rap at the site in the staging area. oConstruct temporary riprap crossing at the toe of the dam. oClear trees and brush within the proposed rip rap areas. oProperly dispose of removed trees and brush. oRemove loose concrete block from South abutment. oInstall seepage collection system at South abutment. oPlace rip rap at South abutment. oFurnish and install signs at South abutment. oInstall deformation survey markers on existing concrete structures. oRemove/salvage temporary riprap crossing down to limits of permanent toe riprap. oPlace salvaged rip rap at North abutment. oRemove protective measures and restore site as required by the Project SWPPP. oSubmit all notifications, permits, and project documentation to the Project Manager. No bids will be considered unless uploaded to portal and accompanied by a bid bond made payable to the Hormel Foods Corporation for five percent (5%) of the amount bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the bidder fail to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond.
