Description

The multiple bid packages included are as follows: BP #01- Earthwork, Storm Sewer, and Site Concrete, BP #02 Selective Demo, BP #03- General Trades, BP #04- Masonry, BP #05- Painting, BP #06- Flooring, BP #07- Plumbing, BP #08- HVAC & Temp Controls, BP #09- Electrical. This project consists of approximately 3,000 sf of interior select demolition and renovation. The project also includes alternate bids for an outdoor classroom area, consisting of site grading, site concrete, a shade system, site electrical, and new entry demolition and re-work.
