The project consists of removal of the top of the existing concrete slab, preparing the surface, and installation of a new topping slab. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis with add/deduct square foot unit prices A pre bid conference will not be held. Bid security must be provided at the time of bid submission in the amount often percent (10%) of the total Base Bid price made payable to Mifflin County Solid Waste Authority in the form of a certified or bank check or a bid bond issued by an accepted surety and executed by the bidder. Mifflin County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive bidding informalities as may be in the best interest of the Authority.
