| Description | Renovating Battle Park. One element has been the removal of invasive species, enabling public access to outcroppings and boulder formations within the park. This has also exposed over a decade of expensive graffiti. The purpose of this RFP is to find a company that can remove graffiti from the outcropping area located east of Falls Road, south of the greenway, north and west of the bend of the Tar River, from the boulder formation located east of Goose Branch, south of Battle Park Lane, north of the greenway and west of the pine street. |
