Plumbing and Steamfitter Services at WVH-UG

Services, defined as Work, to be performed include the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, services, tasks, and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform on-call plumbing and steamfitter maintenance and repair work at WVH-UG. Work will include the provision of a total maintenance and repair program consisting of a variety of services including, but not limited to, the following: • plumbing from the water supply pump to and including the initial pressure tank and connection to an existing water distribution system • installation and/or repair of sewer and water service piping • major repairs to faucets, valves, pipes, and/or appliances • repair and/or replacement of automatic valves, waste, or drainage pipes • other miscellaneous plumbing and steamfitter components required for the WCH-UG buildings and facilities • additional plumbing related issues as they arise including the services necessary to insure safe, well maintained, influent, effluent, and closed loop systems for WVH-UG employees, residents, and the public. In addition to supplementing and assisting WVH-UG’s personnel for general maintenance and installation plumbing and steamfitter projects, WVH-UG anticipates emergency services, if the need arises.
