Minnehaha County Facility Improvements

Bids may be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or a bank draft, issued by a State or National Bank domiciled within the state, and payable to the Minnehaha County Treasurer in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount bid, or a bid bond of ten percent (10%). By virtue of statutory authority, preference will be given to material, products and supplies found or procured within the State of South Dakota. A resident bidder is allowed a preference as against the bid of any bidder from any other state enforcing or having a preference. The Board of Minnehaha County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any irregularities deemed advantageous to the County, to reject any and all bids, and to negotiate with the most qualified individual or firm submitting a proposal
