F--Weed Control and Restoration for Yakima River Basin Water Enhancement Project

The purpose of this acquisition is to provide professional vegetation restoration and invasive species management services to restore and enhance fish, riparian and upland habitat on the Yakima River and tributaries in Kittitas and Yakima Counties, Washington. Contractor will use an integrated pest management (IPM) approach to control noxious weeds and invasive plants which include multiple methods such as: biological, chemical, and cultural controls on lands administered by the YRBWEP. There are seven different area which cover approximately 1,400 acres from the base year to option year three, option year four has approximately 1,650 acres.
