Award will be made to one contractor. Contractors must submit pricing for all items. e. There is a requirement to submit technical information with the quote. See Sections L and M for preparation instructions. f. This project requires proof of a West Virginia Contractor's License. g. Coordination with the COR will be required for the setting of the Government supplied building. h. This project is located in Nicholas County. Attachment 2 Plans list the wrong county. Contractor Acceptance Statement: By signing the quote, the Contractor agrees to all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation and agrees to furnish any awarded items at the price set in the schedule unless otherwise excepted as follows: SCOPE OF CONTRACT The work consists of installing a sewer lateral cleanout, and the cleaning, CCTV inspection, CIPP lining, and potentially repairing portions of the existing sanitary sewer service line for the Poplar Bluff District Office. The work also consists of the installation of a water fountain (previously purchased by the government and will be provided to the Contractor). MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION PROJECT The Government's estimated is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. C.4 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS See attachments for technical specifications. C.2 PROJECT LOCATON This project is located in Butler County, Missouri at the Poplar Bluff District Office on the Poplar District of the Mark Twain National Forest. The Poplar Bluff District Office is located at 1420 Maud Street, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Authorized Deviations in Provisions (NOV 2020) (a) The use in this solicitation of any Federal Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Chapter 1) provision with an authorized deviation is indicated by the addition of "(DEVIATION)" after the date of the provision. (b) The use in this solicitation of any Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (48 CFR Chapter 4) provision with an authorized deviation is indicated by the addition of "(DEVIATION)" after the name of the regulation. Pre-Quote Conference (a) The Government is planning a pre-quote conference, during which potential quoters may obtain a better understanding of the work required. (b) Quoters are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least five (5) days prior to the conference. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference; however, quoters will be asked to confirm verbal questions in writing. Subsequent to the conference, an amendment to the solicitation containing an abstract of the questions and answers, and a list of attendees, will be disseminated. (c) In order to facilitate conference preparations, it is requested that Jacob Hise be contacted and advised of the number of persons who will attend at Rachel.uetricht@usda.gov (d) The Government assumes no responsibility for any expense incurred by a quoter prior to contract award. (e) Quoters are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at the conference, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless they are changed by amendment to the solicitation. If the answers to conference questions, or any solicitation amendment, create ambiguities, it is the responsibility of the offeror to seek clarification prior to submitting a quote.
