Description

Location No.1: 1. Install/direct bury: three (3) flagpoles in the area marked right of the lobby. 2. (1) 25’ x 5” Brushed Aluminum with base collar 3. (2) 20’ x 5” Brushed Aluminum with base collar 4. All necessary hardware for installation and operation 5. Poles to be placed 78” OC from each other 6. Center pole to be positioned center of new concrete 7. 25’ flagpole to be middle, flanked by the other 20’ flagpoles Concrete (11’x 37’), current grassed area around new poles and new lights: 1. Must slope away from building and end flush with existing sidewalks 2. Broom Finish 3. Detail: 4” 4000psi concrete on compacted aggregate base 1. Control and expansion joints to line up / match front sidewalk Install six (6) 5” to 6” round recessed led lights in concrete to illuminate flags 1. Include turnkey electrical (from power source to lights). 2. Lights to have Aluminum color trim to match flag poles. 3. Location/placement to be field verified. Center pole to be positioned center of new concrete. 6. 25’ flagpole to be middle, flanked by the other 20’ flagpoles. Concrete (6’ x 26’) pad around new poles and new lights: 1. Top of concrete flush with existing grade. 2. Broom Finish. 3. Detail: 4” 4000psi concrete on compacted aggregate base. 1. With Control and expansion joints. Install six (6) 5” to 6” round recessed led lights in concrete to illuminate flags: 1. Include turnkey electrical (from power source to lights). 2.
