Description

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CONTRACTOR a) HVAC system must provide heating and cooling. b) Placement for suggested system(s) shall not intrude on the aesthetics of the building’s exterior. c) Old Hydronic systems to be removed and disposed of in a way that does not damage or degrade the structural integrity of the building. (Window Units will be removed by the County). d) Detailed scope with documentation to be provided on suggested work to be performed. e) Contractor is responsible for temporary heating during winter weeks/months. f) Contractor is responsible for all equipment, labor, trucks, cranes, forklifts, and material necessary for installation. No equipment, material or personnel shall be provided by Catoosa County. g) All interior/exterior refrigerant lines shall be insulated with properly sealed joints and weather protection with proper supports.
