Colonial Lake Hydroraking and Debris Removal

The bid shall provide for hydroraking within selected areas of Colonial Lake, a Municipal park owned by Lawrence Township located at 100 Bridge Drive, to remove approximately 750 cy of organic material. This work includes removal and disposal of all material as described in the specifications. The work under this contract includes removal of tree debris and other inorganic debris in the project area as set forth in the specifications. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on October 17, 2023, subject to the availability of funds in the 2023 Adopted Budget and 2023 Capital Plan. Construction shall commence on or about November 13, 2023. The completion of the project shall be th irty (30) working days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. All work must be completed by December 31, 2023. Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 - 1 et seq.
