Toombs Court and Latimer Heights Roof Replacement

Work will include the following: Capital Fund Program 2020/2021 HOUSING AUTHORITY OF DANVILLE ROOF REPLACEMENT AMP 101 Toombs Court - KY 14-06 AMP 201 Latimer Heights - KY 14-08 Bid Security equal to 5% of Base Bid will be required, in the form of a Bid Bond. Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and for payment of not less than the Federal minimum wage or salary on the project, as set forth in the Specifications. The Housing Authority of Danville reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner or forfeit of Bid Security for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the date for receipt of bids
