Base Bid The project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of new storm sewer pipe, inlets and manholes; clearing and grubbing; traffic control; resident notification; erosion and sedimentation control measures; existing utility protection; removal of existing concrete curb; removal and replacement of existing concrete sidewalk and handicap ramps; concrete pipe anchors; bituminous trench restoration; placement of bituminous curb; bituminous milling and overlay; and miscellaneous site restoration, complete in place.
