| Description | The Contractor shall dispose of all Debris, reduced Debris, ash residue and other products of the Debris management process in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations. Final disposal locations will be at state environmental agency approved facilities with prior notification to the Owner and their consent on the proposed disposal site. Information regarding the location of final disposal shall be provided to the Owner and the Monitor. The Contractor and the Monitor representative assigned to the disposal process shall maintain disposal records and documentation. All temporary disposal and reduction sites shall comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. |
