Description | For Roof Replacement and Porch Reconstruction to the Bouman-Stickney House, 114 Dreahook Road, Stanton, NJ The Repairs to Bouman-Stickney House will encompass roof repair/replacement and general carpentry as enumerated in the Specification and Scope of Work. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and name of project on outside, addressed to Readington Township Committee. Bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Bids must be delivered to Richard Sheola, Township Administrator/QPA, at the Readington Township Municipal Building on or before the hour named above for the taking of bids. The standard proposal forms and non-collusion affidavit are attached to the specifications available from the Township Administrator/QPA. The Bidder's attention is directed to P.L. 1977, Chapter 33, which relates to the requirement for a bidder to submit a list of names and address of certain stockholders. Bidders are required to comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (P.L. 1975, c. 127), N.J.A.C. 17:27, setting forth Mandatory Equal Employment Opportunity and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, as well as the Prevailing Wage Law P.L. 1963, Chapter 150 and all other statutory requirements as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders. The Readington Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Township. |
