Installation of Electrical Wiring

**As of December 1 ,2022, project was awarded to BCS Electric LLC, awarded amount is $41,760.88.** City of Salem is seeking proposals for installation of electrical wiring from proposed transformer site to existing light poles. The Respondent shall submit, at a minimum, the following information/documents as part of the proposal: 1. Cover letter including statement of understanding of the services being requested and any other information that would assist the City in making a selection. 2. Organizational Overview: A description of the applicants company years in existence, structure, and composition. 3. Qualifications: Provide a summary of the key strengths and qualifications of your company and an overview of the capabilities your company would offer in delivering the requested services and scope. 4. List of References: a. Provide a minimum of three references being of with which your firm has provided similar services. 5. Provide a Certificate of Professional Liability Insurance and the ability to obtain a City Contractors License, if awarded contract.
