Description | Request for qualified construction bids LASA, a housing and services provider in Lakewood, WA, is seeking bids from qualified, licensed, and bonded contractors to perform Construction of a 1,075 SF addition and partial reconfiguration and alteration to portions of the office interiors and an existing two/story office/residential building. Associated work to include reconfiguration of the fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems, limited landscaping, selective demolition, and grading. The allotted time for construction is 150 Calendar days. Commercial State prevailing wage rates apply to this contract.
