Community Garden Rehabilitation at Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park

Scope of the work: -Mobilization, establishment of site perimeter fencing and maintenance and protection of existing conditions. -General site demolition and removals. -Regrade area within limits of work as per L101. -Repair and/or replace existing water line within limits of work. -Provide and install new prefabricated cedar shed and refuse bin. -Provide and install new chain link fence and gates, to match existing, per L102. -Install new owner provided cedar planting beds as per L103. -Scarify soil and install new lawn within limits of work. -Provide all necessary permits. -Provide closeout documents and warranties. Add Alt No. 1 Planting Beds - Supply and furnish new site planting beds per Contract Documents.
