UNH Service Building - Renovations/Improvements for Durham Fire Department

The general scope of work for this project includes …… 2010-0356 Scope includes but is not limited to: Renovation of 1st floor “garage bay” space for new decon area including MEP work, interior framing, facade improvements, fenestration upgrades, equipment procurement and installation, moving UNH housekeeping equipment and minor fit out to accommodate use in old dispatch area of building, and finally complete design and installation of sprinkler system encompassing all DFD occupied areas of the service building. See attached plans for further detail on above mentioned work. 2021-0085 scope to include but not limited to: Renovation to existing office space on the 2nd floor of the UNH service building. Framing, insulation, drywall, doors flooring etc. to be included. Alternates to be priced for this work to include exterior abandoned utility piping removals, as well as window replacements for the listed offices. Please see attached plans for more information and details on this work. This space (partial Fire door separates sprinkler coverage) will include sprinkler coverage associated with 2010-0356 project noted above as DFD to utilize the renovated space once complete.
