Facility (Estimated Cost of Construction- 5000000) 1. Replacement of existing window wall systems 2. Abatement (if needed) in the Auditorium 3. Replacement HVAC system (Auditorium) 4. Addressing Accessibility issues in the Auditorium o (including stage and seating) 5. Installation of a new theatrical sound system 6. Installation of new ceiling in the Auditorium 7. Replacement of Building Automation System in the Athletic Area 8. Renovations in the Band Hall 9. If needed due to ADA requirements, renovations to the existing bathrooms Stadium (Estimated Cost of Construction- 3600000) 1. Construction of a new 8-lane track and the works (i.e., long jump pit, pole vault area, shot put (2), disc cages, etc.) 2. Demolition of facilities and bleachers which are in the way of the construction of the new 8-lane track 3. Building of new field house, locker/dressing room, restrooms, and concession stands to replace buildings which are to be demolished 4. Replace existing football field turf 5. Retrofit existing bleachers for handicap accessibility 6. Upgrade to the fire sprinkler system.
