Description

The City of Upland has a need for on-call services for routine asphalt repair and is soliciting proposals from qualified paving contractors for "On-call Pavement Repair Services". The successful proposer will be awarded a contract with an annual "not to exceed amount" estimated to be between $150,000 to $300,000 and established prices for labor, equipment, and materials (please refer to details within Exhibit "A", Scope of Services for this project).
