Solicitation # 36C26123R0044 This Solicitation is a total SDVOSB set aside. This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. Offerors shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, overhead, and profit to provide exterior painting to buildings 208, 7, 5, and connection to building 1 at San Francisco VA Medical Center, 4150 Clement St San Francisco, CA as outlined in the SOW and Specifications. Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract without conducting discussions with offerors; however, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined to be in the best interest of the Government. The basis of an award is price only and price related factors included in this request for proposal. OFFERORS MUST BE VERIFIED IN VIP/SBA (VetCert) AT THE TIME SUBMISSION OF OFFER AND PRIOR TO AWARD. Project Completion (Period of Performance) is 120 days after Notice to Proceed.
