Description

The existing building rooftop equipment is at the end of its statistical life expectancy and has become maintenance intensive. The College is requesting a cost to replace several existing rooftop units (refer to plans). This includes control changes to five (5) units less than five (5) years old and conversion of one area to full VAV with supporting unit.
