This Project is Contracted With Triangle Associates Under a CM Agreement Whereby Triangle Will Act as the Owner's Constructor. Triangle Will Hold All Subcontract Agreements. Specialty Subcontractors Are Being Solicited at This Time for the Following: Site/earthwork Site Clearing Earth Moving Asphalt Paving Concrete Paving Pavement Markings Turf and Grasses Stormwater Conveyance Prevailing Wages Do Apply to This Project. Payment and Performance Bonds Are Required. Bid Document Availability Bid Documents Will Be Available for Electronic Download Through Triangle's Project Management Software Smartbid. Upon Bid Invitation a Hyperlink Will Be Provided to Access Project Documents. All Addenda Will Be Uploaded Through Electronically and Notifications Will Be Sent to All Prospective Bidders. Bidders Shall Be Responsible for All Documents and Cost of Printing and Shipping of Plans/specs Associated With Bid Package #03 Found on the Online. 1-23001-03 RFI's must submitted by noon on August 30, 2023.
