Park Pavilion Roof Replacement

For the replacement of a roof on the South Pavilion in Murray Park. To provide a competitive means in which to select a single qualified contractor for construction and installation. 1) Total price proposal for roof replacement, including all required materials, labor, and permits. a. Measure roof for exact dimensions. b. Remove all asphalt shingles and roofing materials. c. Remove old flashing and sheeting where needed. d. Replace sheeting and flashing where required. e. Replace fascia and D edge with commercial metal matching roof color as selected. f. Install ice and water barrier such as Grace Ice and Water Shield or comparable product. g. Remove all old roofing and construction debris from City property and dispose of properly. h. Install 26-gauge commercial standing seam "double lock" or "snap lock" style with sealant in seams with 16" or 18" ribs per manufacturer's specifications (residential roof panels sold by home improvement stores are not acceptable). i. Roof finish must be Kynar Paint Systems, standard colors. Provide a sample chart of available standard colors and furnish warranty information with your bid submittal. j. Hidden fasteners on roofing panels, standard fasteners may be used on cap and trim per roofing manufacturer's installation specifications. k. Replace venting as needed.
