| Description | Grounds will mowed biweekly. Palms and trees will be pruned as needed to remove dead or diseased limbs/fronds or to maintain desired shape. Dead plants will be removed and disposed of as needed. Beds and landscaped areas will be kept weed free. A 3 foot vegetation free zone will be maintained around each tree/palm extending out from the outer edge of the plants trunk where it meets the soil line. Hedges will be manicured and cut not to exceed 3 feet in height. String trimmers will not be used against any plant material other than grass and weeds. | ||
