Description

a. Unit Replacement - Requesting replacement with a compatible low ambient cooling only system. Install one (1) condenser and four (4) evaporators. Replace existing line sets. Basis of Design System shall be Mitsubishi City Multi, or comparable equivalent. b. Installation - Contractor shall inspect the area for safety hazards, mitigate hazards and ensure all workers are using proper PPE. Contractor shall remove and dispose of all hazardous materials and power off any equipment or controls, as necessary. Contractor shall lock and tag unit out of service and disconnect all control and electrical wiring. Contractor shall provide crane to remove existing chiller from site and set new unit in place. Contractor shall remove and dispose of old unit. Contractor shall clean work site. Contractor shall perform start up, test and check.
