Description

The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, tools, transportation, supplies, and manpower to perform work including, but not limited to, installation and maintenance of horizontal and vertical landfill gas (LFG) collection wells and pipelines, installation and maintenance of stormwater management structures and pipes, installation and maintenance of leachate recirculation system, preparation and submittal of as-built surveys, procurement and placement of sod, and operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Orange County Landfill LFG and leachate collection and control systems.
